Washington State for the weather.
There are so many places to visit.
On July 4th I went to a family reunion
in Bellingham. We meet each year at
Lake Paddan. It is about a two and a
half hour drive plus a couple rest stops.
It is 150 miles each way. It is about an
hour to arrive into Seattle. On Interstate
5 can see Lake Union. A lot of boats out
there on a holiday.
A popular spot for locals to vacation in the
state is Lake Chelan. It is narrow however
just over 50 miles long. It is the third deepest
lake in United States. Crater Lake in Oregon
is the deepest and then Lake Tahoe. All
three are great to visit. Lake Chelan is
about least 3 hours and 30 minutes to
get there from Seattle depending on the
route. It is in North Central part of
Washington State.
Another spot to visit is Leavenworth.
It is a bit south of Lake Chelan. It
is German looking town. It is popular
during the winter however still great
to visit in the summer. If you are in
the area I can recommend to go to
both. Also you can visit other places in
the area to depending how much
time you have.
Since there is so much to see in
Washington I will mention other
places too in the future.
Lake Paddan near Bellingham Washington
and close to the Canadian border.
